On International Women’s Day, we at HealthProm wish to celebrate the strength and resilience of women around the world, and in particular the many women and mothers that participate in our projects.

The theme of this year's International Women's Day is: Time is Now: Rural and Urban Activists Transforming Women’s Lives.  This theme is very relevant to many of our projects, through which mothers are empowered and enabled to advocate for the rights of their disabled children.
